All Fees for Clients and Attorneys

 

For Clients

Below are my fees for baseline evaluations and expedited evaluations.
Other fees include file management fees that accrue at a rate of $350 per hour for work performed in all cases that settle before completion of the evaluation. Please refer to Informed Consent for Adoption or Child Placement 2023 for more information.

Baseline Evaluations:

  • Child Custody Evaluations – $3,000 per Party
  • Step-Parents & Family Adoption Evaluations – $3,000 per Party
  • Full Adoption Evaluations – $5,000 per Party (Child not already in Home, Cannot be Working with Agency)

* Completed in 12 – 16 Weeks from Date of Final Payment

Expedited Evaluations:

  • Child Custody Evaluations – $4,500 per Party
  • Step-Parents & Family Adoption Evaluations – $4,500 per Party
  • Full Adoption Evaluations – NOT AVAILABLE EXPEDITED

* Completed in 8 Weeks
* Lesser Agreed Time Frames = Higher Rates ~ Please Inquire for Availability and Fees Directly with Office

For Attorneys

Below are my fees for court expert testimony/depositions and court consultations.

Court Expert Testimony/Depositions:

  • Full Day = $3,000 (10 Days Notice Required, No Half-Days Available)

Court Consultation:

  • Consultation on Case = $2,000 per Case
