All Fees for Clients and Attorneys

 

For Clients

Below are my fees for baseline evaluations and expedited evaluations.
Other fees include file management fees that accrue at a rate of $350 per hour for work performed in all cases that settle before completion of the evaluation. Please refer to INFORMED CONSENT & RETAINER AGREEMENT for more information.

Baseline Evaluations:

  • Child Custody Evaluations – $3,000 per Party
  • Step-Parents & Family Adoption Evaluations – $3,000 per Party
  • Full Adoption Evaluations – $5,000 per Party (Child not already in Home, Cannot be Working with Agency)

* Completed in 12 – 16 Weeks from Date of Final Payment

Expedited Evaluations:

  • Child Custody Evaluations – $4,500 per Party
  • Step-Parents & Family Adoption Evaluations – $4,500 per Party
  • Full Adoption Evaluations – NOT AVAILABLE EXPEDITED

* Completed in 8 Weeks
* Lesser Agreed Time Frames = Higher Rates ~ Please Inquire for Availability and Fees Directly with Office

For Attorneys

Below are my fees for court expert testimony/depositions and court consultations.

Court Expert Testimony/Depositions:

  • Full Day = $3,000 (10 Days Notice Required, No Half-Days Available)

Court Consultation:

  • Consultation on Case = $2,000 per Case
